Major Claim:Kuper disagrees with the four dimensional points of Singer. 1. People focus on mind thinking 2. "It will depend on the story you believe" 3. Well-targeted donating direct good is better 4. No trade-off between private giving and government’s reponsibility. Evidence: 1. Chicago-style economics 2. Marxist and Rawlsian, Marx’s theory of “false consciousness” and ideology 3. “aware of the shameful record of the US” Lists: He lists each disagreement point of Singer’s and explains why Singer’s wrong. Word:utilitarian which means the response of something only rely on its results.
